Registration Options

The costs for participating in the 6th International Secretarial Summit are all inclusive. There are no ‘day’ registrations, or ‘non-resident’ registrations. The total cost of participation (per person) for current financial members of AIOP and affiliated international organisations is as follows:

SUMMIT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation PRIOR to 01 May 2006
An Administration Fee of AUD$125.00 will be retained, all other monies will be refunded

Cancellation AFTER 01 May 2006 but PRIOR to 01 July 2006
Cancellation fee equal to 50% of total registration fee paid is applicable, all other monies will be refunded

Cancellation AFTER 01 July 2006 but PRIOR to 01 August 2006
Cancellation fee equal to 75% of total registration fee paid is applicable, all other monies will be refunded

Cancellation AFTER 01 August 2006
ALL monies paid will be fully retained by the 6th International Secretarial Summit due to non-refundable 3rd party expenses

DELEGATE SUBSTITUTION
In the event that a registered delegate or participant is unable for any reason to continue with their attendance at the Summit, the 6th International Secretarial Summit will allow a delegate or participant substitution to occur. This substitution will need to be arranged by the individual who is no longer able to attend and will not be the responsibility of the 6th International Secretarial Summit to arrange. The substitution must be prepared to assume the status and accept the conditions (fees) of the original attendee’s registration. No discount or other such concession will be entered into. Should a successful substitution be made, then no cancellation fees will be liable by the original attendee. Monies already accepted by the 6th International Secretarial Summit will be transferred into the substitution’s name. Reimbursement to the original attendee will need to be arranged between that person and the substitution – this will not be provided by the 6th International Secretarial Summit.
